The objective of this Evaluation is to assess the degree to which SANTE non-food Scientific Committees (SCs) have carried out their mission and performed the tasks envisaged in their legal basis, and in accordance with the applicable Rules of Procedure. The Assignment assessed the value of the advice of the Scientific Committees in the Commission decision-making process and to other stakeholders, addressing a set of 23 evaluation questions covering effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence, added-value and utility aspects.
